+ What are your hours?

Our tasting room at 204 Elk Avenue is open Mon - Sat from 3 pm until last call at 9 pm.

+ What seating is available and are you handicap accessible?

We have table and bar seating in a cozy, intimate atmostphere. The new space and bathrooms are handicap accessible, please use our side entrance for wheelchair access.

+ Do you accept reservations?

The Tasting Room operates on a first come, first serve basis.

+ Are children allowed?

While kids are not unwelcome, the Tasting Room is a rum, cocktail and rum education experience designed for adults. We don't have a children's menu and won't have a children's play area like we did in our last location.

+ What do you serve?

We serve rum flights and artisan rum cocktails, many of which our founder Karen has perfected over 10+ years. Our bartenders and servers are also always experimenting with new recipes.

Whereas our previous Tasting Room also had a full retaurant, we've pared down our food offerings to allow the rum (our very reason for being!) to shine. Our Consulting Chef Rose Reyes worked with Karen to develop what we're calling tasting room gastronomy: delicious small plates and platters desgined to enhance your tasting experience.

+ How often does your menu change?

We typically change our menu twice a year, and run specials weekly.

+ What if I don’t like rum? Do you sell other liquor, beer or wine?

Because we are a distillery and tasting room, we only serve our rums and rum cocktails. Even if you think you don’t like rum, try ours anyway. Our rums are a lot less sweet than the rums you probably tried in college, and we’re able to create a wide range of cocktails: from classics like a Manhattan or a Daiquiri to our own creations, like the ever-popular Maharaja or Caldera. Many first-time customers are surprised to learn how much they love our rum and cocktails!

+ Do you offer distillery tours?

Yes! You can tour our distillery located at 398 Riverland Dr. by making a reservation online here.

+ Do you offer tastings?

Yes! We offer a flight of four rums for $10.

+ Do you have gift cards?

Yes, we have both physical and e-gift cards.

+ What kind of live music do you host?

While we've had a long history in our previous locations of hosting live music, we don't have the space in our new Tasting Room to welcome musicians as part of our regular hours. It is possible that a solo act or duo could perform during private or special events, but that will be determined during event planning.

+ Can I reserve Montanya Distillers for an event?
