Fire on the Mountain Rum Cocktail Recipe

While you’d be forgiven for getting a certain song stuck in your head when you make this recipe, we love this cocktail for its subtle nod to the nightly alpenglow that lights the peaks just before sunset. There’s nothing more golden or more beautiful! Plus, the cocktail version packs a fiery punch for spicy cocktail lovers.

Glass:

Coupe with half sugar rim

In a Shaker:
1.5 oz Roasted Jalapeño Infused Platino
1 oz Montanya Oro
1 squeezed orange
1/2 squeezed lime
1 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz simple syrup
10 mint leaves

Shake and strain into glass. Add a splash of soda water and 5 dashes of Pineapple Habanero Bitters. Garnish with orange peel with a triangle cut out on each end.
