Steamroller Rum Cocktail Recipe

Light and refreshing with a spicy kick, this drink is the perfect summertime refresher.

Glass:

Small Collins Glass

In a Shaker:
1.5 oz Pineapple Habanero Infused Platino
1 oz Montanya Oro
.5 oz agave syrup
1/2 squeezed grapefruit
3-5 muddled basil leaves
Soda water

Shake and strain into glass. Add a splash of soda water and 3 dashes of Pineapple Habanero Bitters. Add ice. Garnish with a sugar and grapefruit twist, and a basil leaf.
