Watermelon Mojito Rum Cocktail Recipe

Glass: Collins, filled with ice, ½ turbinado sugar rim

½ squeezed lime
1-2 oz watermelon juice
5-7 mint leaves, muddled
2 oz Montanya Platino rum
3-5 cubes watermelon chunks

Pour all into glass, and top with seltzer. Garnish with mint.
